India, Jan. 26 -- Randamoozham, based on the legendary MT Vasudevan Nair's novel, is one of the much-anticipated Malayalam films that has been in the back burner for long. Malayalam superstar Mohanlal was in talks to play the central role of Bheeman in the movie over a decade ago, but the project is yet to take off. Recently, there have been speculations that Kantara actor-director Rishab Shetty could be starring in and directing the long-delayed film. Though there has been no official announcement yet, MT Vasudevan Nair's daughter Aswathy V Nair said that audiences can expect an update by March 2026.
