India, July 7 -- Kannada cinema, which gained a pan-Indian momentum with films like the KGF franchise, and Kantara, is yet again set to thrill the audience with the follow-up to its 2022 Kannada action thriller film Kantara starring Rishab Shetty. While we had earlier reported that a prequel for the film titled Kantara Chapter 1 is in the making, the makers on Monday released a new theatrical poster reconfirming the release date as announced earlier. Kantara Chapter 1 is all set to hit theatres on October 2, for Gandhi Jayanthi and here's a look at the new poster released.
