India, Oct. 14 -- On October 13, Kantara Chapter 1 registered its lowest box office figures since its arrival in theatres. The film, which released in theatres on October 2, managed only Rs 13.5 cr (net) on its second Monday, most of which came from the Kannda and Hindi versions. This took the film's all-India net figure to Rs 451.9 cr after only a 12-day run. The Day 12 figures had Kannada and Hindi at Rs 4.75 cr each, while Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam contributed Rs 1.35 cr, Rs 1.5 cr and Rs 1.15 cr, respectively. By noon of Day 13, the film was reported to have added another Rs 4 cr to its total, with final figures expected later on.
