India, July 30 -- Malayalam megastar Mammootty has been away from the limelight for a while, but there is significant anticipation around his upcoming movies, including Kalamkaval. The film also stars actor Vinayakan in a key role, the announcement of which had created quite a buzz earlier. But now Kalamkaval director Jithin K Jose has revealed that he had first approached another Malayalam star, Prithviraj Sukumaran, before Vinayakan or even Mammootty.
