India, Sept. 24 -- The state government of Tamil Nadu have announced the winners of Kalaimamani awards for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023. Among the winners, the top honours were bagged by actors SJ Suryah, Manikandan, and Sai Pallavi. The announcement was made on Wednesday, with the awards to be given out soon by the chief minister MK Stalin.
