India, Sept. 17 -- Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi's Jolly LLB 3 advance booking has commenced, and the film has a very slow start. Even Kanpur and Meerut, which have been one of the promotional points for the film, are not as excited about the movie. On the other hand, West Bengal and Bengaluru have emerged as the biggest contributors in advance booking for the movie, which also stars Saurabh Shukla as one of the leads. The film will be out in theatres on September 19.
