Mumbai, Sept. 26 -- We have all been excitedly looking forward to the Jersey remake. The film would star Shahid Kapoor, who would essay the role of a cricketer in the film. Not just the immense success of his previous release Kabir Singh, but also the videos of Shahid from the pitch are making the wait difficult. The team wanted to finish the shoot and wrap it but were forced to stop in March after a nationwide lockdown was announced due to COVID-19 outbreak.
