India, Oct. 27 -- Sachin Chandwade, who appeared in Jamtara 2, is pronounced dead at the age of 25. The actor was discovered in his Pune home on October 23, post which he was rushed to the hospital. He passed away while receiving treatment on October 24 at 1.30 am. The actor was preparing for the Marathi film Asurvan.
