Mumbai, Dec. 29 -- A few days back, it was reported that Imtiaz Ali is making a biopic on the iconic Punjabi folk singer Amar Singh Chamkila. It was also being said that the director was considering Kartik Aaryan and Ayushmann Khurrana for the same. Given Ayushmann's singing talent, he might have been an obvious choice for the role, but Imtiaz Ali has a different plan.
If sources are to be believed then the director has zeroed in on Kartik Aaryan to play the role.
