India, July 25 -- Indra, the upcoming Tamil film starring actor Vasanth Ravi in the lead role, is all set to release in theatres on August. The makers of the film announced that it will arrive on August 22, while revealing a new poster of the film.

It was earlier announced that actor Vasanth Ravi who was last seen in 2024 film Weapon, will be starring in a film titled Indra. The film is billed to be a horror thriller and directed by debutant filmmaker Sabarish Nanda. He had previously worked with Gautham Vasudev Menon.
