India, Sept. 28 -- Malavika Mohanan getting cast opposite Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in Hridayapoorvam had raised quite a few eyebrows as netizens pointed out the nearly 3-decade age gap between them. The Malayalam film's director, Sathyan Anthikad, however, had shrugged off the criticism by insisting that this is not a romantic story. But the trailer more than hinted that Mohanlal's character Sandeep Balakrishnan is smitten by the vibrant Haritha (Malavika Mohanan).
