India, May 21 -- Hridayapoorvam, starring Mohanlal in the lead role, is a special film as it reunites the Lucifer star with his Nadodikkattu director Sathyan Anthikad after a hiatus. The shoot for the upcoming Malayalam film was wrapped up recently. The makers had initially considered Aishwarya Lekshmi as the female lead in Hridayapoorvam but she had to back out. Now the Kaanekkaane actress has revealed as to why she had to turn down Mohanlal-starrer Hridayapoorvam.
