India, July 17 -- We had earlier reported that a Tamil film titled House Mates is in the making with actors like Kaali Venkat, Darshan and others. The makers of the film unveiled the trailer on social media on Thursday, with House Mates slated for a theatrical release on August 1.

Tamil films, which have been focusing on stories from middle-class life, are now coming up with House Mates. However, the twist is that the film will be a fantasy horror comedy.
