India, Aug. 8 -- Who would have thought that the simple act of walking into the neighbourhood barbershop and getting the latest trending hairdo would be an unattainable dream for some, even if they had the means to afford it, only because of their social standing? Well, that is the premise of debutant filmmaker Bheemrao's Hebbuli Cut , which masquerades as a teenage love story at first, only to then strip those layers and present a hard-hitting social commentary on caste oppression. The film, which received positive reviews during its theatrical run is now on OTT. It dropped on August 9 and can be streamed on Sun NXT (via OTTplay Premium too).
