India, Dec. 29 -- The third installment in the critically acclaimed Shootout film series will take place outside India. The makers have finally decided to set the story in the United Arab Emirates rather than Mumbai after years of planning and multiple script revisions. Shootout in Dubai is a radical break from the regional gangster thrillers that came before it.
