India, July 24 -- Hari Hara Veera Mallu, according to reports, was made at a whopping Rs 250 crore, but that does not reflect in the quality of the making of the Pawan Kalyan starrer, which audiences state features the worst VFX visuals in the history of Indian cinema in the last 20 years. And if that isn't jarring enough, the inconsistency in story-telling between the first and second half is also a major dampener. Audiences are convinced that Krish Jagalamudi, who envisioned the epic, worked on the first half, while the second was cobbled together by producer AM Rathnam's son, AM Jyoti Krishna, after the former excused himself from the project.
