Well, Akshay and Kareena are trying every way possible to have a baby, so much so that Akshay feels like it's a surgical strike every time he enters the bedroom. So, they opt for in vitro fertilization and wait. Meanwhile, there happens a mixup with another Batra. So Kareena's egg has been fertilized with Diljit's sperm and Kiara's egg has been fertilized with Akshay's.
