India, April 28 -- In January, we had reported that Ajith Kumar has been announced with Padma Bhushan, India's third highest civilian award by the government of India. On Monday, the actor-racer received the award from the president of the country, Droupadi Murmu at an event which was held at Rashtrapati Bhawan. Along with Ajith Kumar, others from the film industry, including Nandamuri Balakrishna, singer Pankat Udhas and filmmaker Shekhar Kapur also received the award.
