India, Oct. 17 -- When the team of the Kannada film Elumale described it, the narrative was always that it was an intense love story. What they failed to mention was that the intensity was not about the love story, but all the elements working towards keeping the couple apart. Debutant director Punith Rangaswamy's film, which was backed by filmmaker Tharun Sudhir, had Ek Love Ya's Raanna in the lead. He was paired with Mahanati fame, debutante Priyanka Achar. The duo played Harisha and Revathy; he a lowly cab driver from Mysuru, she a member of an affluent family from Salem in Tamil Nadu.
