India, Dec. 18 -- Eko, the Malayalam mystery thriller directed by Kishkindha Kaandam maker Dinjith Ayyathan, did not have a streaming partner on board when it hit theatres on November 21, despite the success of the director's earlier work. Led by actors like Sandeep Pradeep, Vineeth, Narain, Binu Pappu, among others, the film opened to overwhelmingly positive response. Made at a modest budget of about Rs 5 crore, the film is said to have grossed over Rs 40 crore, making it a massive commercial success. It is now heard that the makers have struck a streaming deal.
