Mumbai, Aug. 12 -- The 17th season of the renowned Duleep Trophy, a cornerstone of Indian domestic cricket, will take place from September 5 and will mark the beginning of the 2024-25 cricket season. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the season's fixtures, which will witness a return to a team-based structure from the previous zonal model.

Following the Duleep Trophy, the domestic season will resume with the Irani Cup and Ranji Trophy. The season will also feature white-ball competitions such as the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
