India, June 18 -- Actor Genelia D'Souza, who began her journey into acting by starring in south films, eventually migrated to the Hindi film industry before taking a break after her marriage. The actor, who is awaiting the release of her next film, Sitaare Zameen Par, a Hindi project co-starring Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan, spoke about how working in south Indian industries shaped her career and opined on the popular notion that films down south do not have good female roles.
