India, July 16 -- The 2025 Malayalam film Detective Ujjwalan, starring Dhyan Sreenivasan in the lead role, recently made its OTT premiere on Netflix. The film is backe d by Weekend Blockbusters, which is setting up the first Cinematic Universe in Malayalam with Tovino Thomas-led Minnal Murali, Detective Ujjwalan and Jambi. And as Detective Ujjwalan wrapped up its tale, the makers teased the arrival of Jambi, which is said to be Malayalam's first venture into the zombie world.
