India, Aug. 1 -- A few days ago, when reports emerged that Challenging Star Darshan had wrapped up the shoot of his film The Devil, it was said that the Prakash Veer directorial would likely be an end of the year release. Darshan's last, Kaatera, was a December theatrical release and was a box office success, while Kiccha Sudeep managed that last year with Max. Devil would be the Christmas-New Year offering from Kannada, or so it was thought.
