India, Nov. 4 -- Constable Kanakam, now streaming on OTTplay Premium, is an ETV Win series that became a talking point during its OTT release. Director Prashanth Kumar Dimmala filed a case against the makers of another web series, Viraatapalem PC Meena Reporting, for stealing his story and turning it into a web series.
