India, Jan. 27 -- The Vels Chennai Kings may have a new name, but their rivalry with the Karnataka Bulldozers is well over a decade old. Back in the day when the Chennai team of the Celebrity Cricket League was called the Rhinos, they won the title twice in a row beating the Bulldozers. In the years since, they've had many memorable encounters, including last year's second semi-final, which, interestingly enough, went in favour of the Rhinos, after having been defeated by the Bulldozers in the group matches. They will be at it again on January 31, 2026, in the second semi-final at Coimbatore at 6.30 pm. The match will be live streamed on JioHotstar, available via OTTplay Premium also.
