India, Oct. 15 -- Kannada filmmaker Mahesh Gowdha, who'd earlier made the thriller Mahira, featuring Raj B Shetty and Chaithra J Achar, among others, is turning hero for his next. Called Bili Chukki Halli Hakki, the film, according to Mahesh was meant to be the first Indian film about vitiligo, the condition of losing skin pigment, resulting in white patches. The Malayalam film Thalavara may have beaten him with respect to being the first on the subject, but unlike the former, Bili Chukki Halli Hakki's leading man actually lives with the condition.
