India, July 20 -- Bhairavam was one of the most awaited films in Telugu cinema, as it marked the comeback of Manchu Manoj, Bellamkonda Srinivas, and Nara Rohit to Telugu cinema after a long gap of five years. A remake of the Tamil hit Garudan, Bhairavam was directed by Vijay Kanakamedala of Nandi fame.

The makers promoted the film aggressively ahead of its release, and the action drama ended as a decent success at the box office. It collected close to Rs.17 crore and ended in the safe zone.
