Mumbai, Jan. 24 -- 2023 was a wonderful year for cinema. But Greta Gerwig's Barbie was undeniably one of the biggest and most talked about releases of the year. Not only did it shake the box office with record breaking numbers but also won hearts with the concept of Barbie going on a journey of self-discovery post an existential crisis. The film also brought out one of Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling's career best performances. So it came as quite a shock when both Margot and Greta were nowhere to be seen on the Oscars 2024 nominations' list. Well Ryan, who earned a spot on the Best Supporting Actor category, has now shared an official statement on the disappointing snub.
