India, Sept. 20 -- One film that has got the whole nation sit up and take note is Lokah Chapter 1 Chandra. The Malayalam Onam release has taken the box office across the nation by storm and is currently sitting pretty as the highest grossing film of the industry ever. Directed by Dominic Arun and backed by actor Dulquer Salmaan, the film has Kalyani Priyadarshan as Chandra, in a modern-day retelling of the popular Kalliyankattu Neeli folklore. It is also the highest grossing film led by female star in the south, and was made at a budget of Rs 40 crore only.
