India, Nov. 17 -- Akhanda 2 is one of the most-awaited Telugu films in recent times. Post the success of Akhanda, director Boyapati Sreenu and Balakrishna have teamed up for the fourth time for this sequel, which is done with its shoot and slated to hit the screens on December 5, 2025.

On the other hand, we at OTT Play were the first ones to reveal that the makers of Akhanda 2 were demanding big bucks for the OTT deal. Close to Rs 100 crore was being demanded by the makers, and there was a lot of competition for the digital rights.
