India, Sept. 19 -- Robo Shankar, comedian and actor, who worked in the Tamil film industry, passed away during the late hours of Thursday. While his demise comes as a shocking news, Robo Shankar had been a household name in the Tamil entertainment sphere, given he had participated in television shows, and entered cinema to work, sharing screen space with stars. Robo Shankar's mortal remains have been kept at his residence in Chennai, where the Tamil film fraternity paid their last respects.
