India, Aug. 14 -- Earlier, before the release of Sitaare Zameen Par, Aamir Khan announced that he wouldn't release the film on any OTT platform but would be available in theaters only, as he wants theatres to survive. However, just six weeks after its theatrical release, Aamir released Sitaare Zameen Par on YouTube via pay-per-view for Rs 100. Now, Khan announced that Sitaare Zameen Par will be available for rent for Rs. 50 only in this Independence Day weekend.
