Bangladesh, April 17 -- The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has identified possible corruption in 22 sources of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Co. Ltd.
These include illegal connection, illegal link renegotiation, meter tampering, excessive gas connection to boiler and generator, system loss, negiligence to install EVC (Electronic Volume Corrector) etc.
The information was revealed in an investigative and observational report prepared by an organisational team of the ACC.
ACC Commissioner Mohammad Mozammel Haque Khan submitted the report to State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid at the Secretariat on Wednesday.
