Nepal, Feb. 10 -- The Youth Buddhist Association and Pakistan Embassy on Saturday organised the "Buddhist Heritage in Pakistan" event at the Buddhist Relief Centre Hall.

Addressing the visual presentation event, Pakistani Ambassador to Nepal Abrar H Hashmi stated that the Buddhist Heritage Sites in Pakistan were pivotal in bridging the people-to-people connection between the two South Asian nations.

Envoy Hashmi also highlighted the potential of Buddhist religious tourism in Pakistan, given the presence of Buddhist religious sites in Taxila, Chakdara, Mingora and Peshawar areas of Pakistan
