Kathmandu, March 8 -- Lawmaker Binda Pandey, a member of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), has been one of the most vocal proponents of equal citizenship laws in Parliament. Pandey, who has been championing gender equality for nearly four decades, admits the fight for women's right to pass citizenship has been an uphill battle, but one that she will not leave mid-way.
