Kathmandu, Aug. 15 -- Upaya, a logistics company, has raised Rs280 million in Series C funding from Dolma Impact Fund II. The firm is also in the process of securing an additional Rs270 million from friends, acquaintances and family in a private round, which will bring the total to Rs 550 million.
Founded in 2019, Upaya offers on-demand, enterprise and intercity logistics services, door-to-door fulfilment, and third-party logistics warehousing.
The company said it operates across Nepal, serving thousands of businesses nationwide. It has raised over Rs2 billion in funding so far, with Dolma Impact Fund II contributing Rs710 million, making it the firm's largest backer.
