Kathmandu, Sept. 15 -- The Meteorological Forecasting Division has said the country will see generally cloudy conditions over the next 24 hours, with rain expected in many areas.

On Monday afternoon, moderate rainfall is likely in many places of Lumbini Province and in several hill regions, with a few Tarai areas also affected. Heavy rainfall is expected in some parts of Gandaki, Lumbini and Karnali provinces, while very heavy rainfall may occur in one or two areas of Gandaki and Lumbini.
