Kathmandu, Oct. 29 -- The Meteorological Forecasting Division said that tonight, skies will remain generally cloudy over the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces, while the Tarai plains will see partly cloudy conditions.

Moderate snowfall or rain is likely in some areas of Gandaki Province and in a few hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces. A few high-altitude areas in Bagmati and Gandaki provinces may experience heavy snowfall or rain.
