Kathmandu, May 30 -- The weather is expected to remain generally fair to partly cloudy across most parts of the country this afternoon, with partly to generally cloudy conditions prevailing in Koshi and Gandaki provinces and other hilly areas.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, there is a possibility of light to moderate rainfall with thunder and lightning in a few places of Koshi Province, some places of Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, and one or two places in the rest of the country. One or two places in Koshi and Gandaki provinces may experience heavy rainfall.
