Kathmandu, March 12 -- The Meteorological Forecasting Division has said that the country is experiencing a partial influence of westerly and local winds, with partly to generally cloudy conditions in hilly areas of Koshi province and other regions, while the rest of the country has clear weather.

During the day, light snowfall is likely in a few places in the high hills and Himalayan regions. Some areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, along with a few places in other hilly regions, may experience light rain with thunder and lightning.

At night, the weather will remain partly to generally cloudy in the hilly regions, while the rest of the country will have clear skies. Light snowfall is expected in a few places in the high hill...
