Kathmandu, Jan. 27 -- The Meteorological Forecasting Division says high hilly and Himalayan areas of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces will mainly remain cloudy during the day, with partly cloudy skies elsewhere.

There is a chance of light snowfall or rain at a few places in high hilly and Himalayan areas of Karnali and Sudurpaschim, and at one or two places in similar areas of Gandaki. A few places in the remaining parts of Karnali and Sudurpaschim may see light rain with thunder and lightning.

At night, cloudy conditions are expected over high hilly and Himalayan areas of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim, with partly cloudy skies elsewhere.
