Kathmandu, Jan. 23 -- According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces are likely to remain generally cloudy during the day, while hilly areas of other provinces will see partly cloudy skies.

Some places in Sudurpaschim and a few places in Karnali may receive moderate rain accompanied by thunder and lightning. Light snowfall is possible at a few locations in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim.

At night, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces are expected to remain generally cloudy, with partly cloudy conditions elsewhere.
