Kathmandu, Feb. 20 -- The Meteorological Forecasting Division said the partial influence of a westerly wind system is affecting Nepal's weather.

Fog and mist are likely in some parts of the Tarai this morning. The Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces are expected to remain generally cloudy.

The Himalayan region of Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces, along with the hilly regions, will see partly cloudy skies, while the remaining Tarai areas will be mainly fair.

There is a possibility of light rain or snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Karnali provinces.
