Kathmandu, Feb. 2 -- The current weather forecast indicates that the westerly winds are having a moderate effect across the country.

The mountainous areas of the Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces will experience partial cloud cover, while the rest of the country will have clear skies. There will be fog in many parts of the Tarai, and the mountainous regions of Koshi will see partial cloud cover, with the rest of the region remaining clear.

The forecast warns that fog is likely in some parts of the Tarai and valleys during the morning hours.
