Kathmandu, June 25 -- Earlier this year, Huawei, China's biggest telecommunications firm, found itself in the middle of an on-going trade-war between the world's two largest economic powerhouses. In attempts by the Trump administration to consolidate the local economy, the US instituted trade tariffs on $200 billion of Chinese imports to 25 percent, up from just 10 percent. In response, China announced plans to raise levies on $60 billion worth of US imports.
