Kathmandu, April 17 -- Heavy rainfall early Thursday morning has caused havoc in Humla district, particularly affecting Wards 2 and 3 of Adanchuli Rural Municipality. Chief District Officer Narayan Pandey confirmed the damage, stating that landslides and flooding followed the intense downpour.
Pandey told the Post that it rained quite heavily this morning in Adanchuli-2 and 3. Preliminary reports indicate that some houses have been damaged. "We are still gathering detailed information," he said.
