Nepal, Jan. 3 -- Surya Nepal Golf Tour's eight tournaments begin with the Central Open. In the 2024-25 season, which took place from November 25 to 28 in 2024, amateur Rahul Bishwakarma clinched the title, which was his first professional title, at the Gokarna Forest Golf Resort.

And Bishwakarma, an amateur golfer, was again at the forefront at the Central Open in the 2025-26 season. Bishwakarma carded 4-under 68 to post the 72-hole score of 14-under 274, defeating pro Jayram Shrestha by 14 strokes to claim his third career title on Thursday.

Bishwakarma's second title was during the Surya Nepal Premier Golf Championship, the last of the eight tournaments of the 2024-25 season.
