Kathmandu, Oct. 7 -- The inquiry commission formed to look into the loss of lives and property in the Gen Z-led protests on September 8 and 9 has clarified that there is no need to wait for its final report to investigate or take action against anyone involved in criminal offences.
Commission member Bigyan Raj Sharma issued a statement on Tuesday, saying that the government mechanisms are authorised to conduct investigations and pursue legal action against those involved in the incident.
