Kathmandu, March 31 -- Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli paid his tribute to the late Kamal Koirala, a renowned author and former ambassador, at the central office of the CPN (Unified Socialist) at Aloknagar, Kathmandu, on Monday.

Oli, who visited the office to offer his respect, also inspected the damage caused by pro-monarchy protesters who had vandalised the office buildings and set fire to it on Friday.

Koirala's body was kept at the Unified Socialist Party office in Aloknagar, Kathmandu, for mourners to pay their respects.
